JUDGE JOSEPH BEAN
Judge Joseph M. Bean was appointed to the Second District Court in March 2014 by Gov. Gary R. Herbert. He serves Davis, Morgan, and Weber counties. He serves on the Board of District Court Judges. In addition to his regular duties, Judge Bean has also served as a Drug Court Judge for Weber County for the past seven years. Prior to his appointment as a District Court judge, Judge Bean served as a Justice Court judge for Syracuse City for twenty years. He was also president and managing partner of Bean & Micken, P.C. Judge Bean received a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law in 1989. 3/2023
