Request a Certificate of Good Standing from the Utah Supreme Court

The fee for a Certificate of Good Standing is $15.00 per certificate (plus an additional $3.90 if certificate is to be mailed). Payment is due by check or credit card before the certificate will be prepared.

All Certificates of Good Standing will ONLY be delivered as a protected PDF document by email. Any hard copy of a Certificate of Good Standing must be specifically requested.
