JUDGE THOMAS L. WILLMORE

JUDGE THOMAS L. WILLMORE - Judge Thomas L. Willmore is an Active Senior Judge. He was appointed to First District Court in January 1999 by Gov. Michael O. Leavitt where he served Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties. Judge Willmore graduated from Utah State University and received his law degree from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law. At the time of his appointment to the bench, he was an attorney/shareholder with the law firm of Olson & Hoggan. Judge Willmore's service in the judiciary includes the following: presiding judge from 2006 to present; chair and member of the Board of District Court Judges from 2001-2006; Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure; and member of the Utah Access to Justice Council. Judge Willmore established and presided over Drug Court for Cache County and Box Elder County. Updated 10/21/21
