Is my mom or dad going to get mad at me if I have fun with the other parent?

It’s okay to tell your parents that you want to have contact with both of them.

It’s okay that you want to have fun with each parent and to tell your parents you enjoy spending time with each of them. 

 It’s okay to want to check in with your parents regularly (even when you’re with the other one).
