If you are interested in Applying to be on the Utah State Court Roster, please read over the qualifications to see if you are eligible or to find out what you need to do to be eligible.

Please note, we process applications quarterly. After we receive your paperwork and it is approved, the ADR office will send you the information needed to complete the Ethical Exam online, as well as a form to authorize a criminal background investigation. You will not be added to the Roster until you have successfully completed the Ethical Exam and passed the criminal background check.
