Below you will find some "Must-Dos" and some "No-No's" for appearing in court.

What do I wear to Court?

Be sure to dress appropriately for court - this means no shorts or halter or tank tops. Wear shoes and remove your hats in the courtroom.

How do you talk to the judge?

Remember to address the judge as "Your Honor" and stand when speaking to him or her.

Don't chew gum unless you want the Judge to chew you out.
