JUDGE MORGAN L. CUMMINGS
Judge Morgan L. Cummings was appointed to the Lehi City Justice Court in January 2017. Judge Cummings received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah in 2005 and graduated with a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, cum laude, in 2009. Judge Cummings began his legal career representing clients in civil litigation, business planning and funding, and prosecuted criminal cases for several municipalities. He later worked in the healthcare industry, negotiating and drafting insurance contracts. Prior to appointment, Judge Cummings worked as the Lehi City Prosecutor and Assistant City Attorney for four years, where he prosecuted criminal cases, practiced municipal defense, and advised various departments and commissions within the city. 9/17
