The Utah Judiciary is aware of a scam involving text messages that falsely appear to come from the courts and demand payment through links or QR codes. These messages are not legitimate - courts do not request payments this way, and individuals should not respond or provide any personal or financial information.

JUDGE JAIME TOPHAM

Judge Jaime Topham was appointed to the Grantsville Justice Court in January 2024.  Judge Topham received her Juris Doctorate degree from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2007.  Prior to her appointment, Judge Topham established a private firm that focuses on family law matters.  She is a domestic rostered mediator and has experience in criminal defense, juvenile defense, and parental defense.
