The Utah Judiciary is aware of a scam involving text messages that falsely appear to come from the courts and demand payment through links or QR codes. These messages are not legitimate - courts do not request payments this way, and individuals should not respond or provide any personal or financial information.

JUDGE ANN BOYLE

Judge Ann Boyle was appointed to the Saratoga Springs Justice Court in January 2020. Judge Boyle earned a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University in 1991, and a law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2007. Following law school, she began her legal career as a trial attorney with LeBaron Law in American Fork, and later with Esplin & Weight in Provo. In 2012, she was employed as an associate city prosecutor with Salt Lake City and then as a deputy district attorney with Salt Lake County until her appointment to the Bench.
