The Utah Judiciary is aware of a scam involving text messages that falsely appear to come from the courts and demand payment through links or QR codes. These messages are not legitimate - courts do not request payments this way, and individuals should not respond or provide any personal or financial information.

JUDGE BRIAN D. BOLINDER

Judge Brian D. Bolinder was appointed to the Seventh District Court by Governor Spencer Cox in February 2024. He serves Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan Counties. He presides over the Carbon County Adult Treatment Court and Adult Mental Health Court. He also serves on the Judicial Council's Standing Committee on the Model Utah Civil Jury Instructions.   3/26
