The Utah Judiciary is aware of a scam involving text messages that falsely appear to come from the courts and demand payment through links or QR codes. These messages are not legitimate - courts do not request payments this way, and individuals should not respond or provide any personal or financial information.

JUDGE KASEY L. WRIGHT

Judge Kasey L. Wright was appointed to the Fourth District Court in October 2024 by Governor Spencer Cox. Judge Wright serves Juab, Millard, Utah and Wasatch counties. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Prior to his judicial appointment, he had extensive legal experience - representing and counseling clients in a wide range of legal disciplines. For nearly 20 years, he worked for the firm of Hansen Wright where he specialized in civil litigation and municipal representation. From 2018 to 2024, he was honored to represent Central Valley Medical Center, Nephi City, Juab School District, and Jackson Infrastructure in Juab County.     9/25
