Pursuant to Rules of Procedure for the Ethics Advisory Committee, Informal Opinion 95-04 was reconsidered by the Judicial Council. On September 1, 1996, the Judicial Council issued Formal Opinion 96-1 which replaces Informal Opinion 95-04.
