Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure for Ethics Advisory Committee, Informal Opinion 89-13 was referred to the Judicial Council for additional consideration. On October 24, 1989, the Judicial Council issued Formal Opinion 89-1 which replaces Informal Opinion 89-13.
