Zara Shallbetter offers statewide virtual mediation from Salt Lake City, with travel available to nearby counties. Her most recent training, in 2023, was through Utah Dispute Resolution. She has studied facilitation and mediation since earning a B.S. in communication and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah in 2010. In 2018, she completed a nine-month Integral Facilitation certification with Master Mediator Diane Hamilton. Zara brings over fifteen years of management experience in group homes and retail environments and has worked in construction for five years. She creates a calm, supportive space where people feel heard, build understanding, and move toward meaningful, lasting resolution.
