Sheyla Mangum is a strong communicator who desires to help her community by listening and being compassionate. She has worked in the education field for over two decades, helping educators, families, and her communities find solutions to their problems. She has experience mediating small claims, which she enjoys, and her bilingual skills in Spanish have proven particularly useful.
