Scott 0. Mercer received his J.D. degree from the University of Utah in 1982 and has been an attorney with the law firm of Kesler & Rust since graduation from law school. He works mainly in commercial litigation, representing commercial landlords, commercial tenants, shopping centers, property management companies, and construction companies. He is a member of the Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar. He has participated in dozens of mediations as an advocate. He received his mediation certificate of training in September of 2025 to act as a mediator.
