Sarah Powell is a UDR Trained mediator dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations resolve conflict through respectful communication, active listening, and practical problem solving. She is committed to creating a calm, impartial environment where parties can explore options and reach mutually acceptable agreements. Sarah has experience in court connected mediation and a background in community service, family advocacy and conflict resolution. She is available for in-person and virtual mediation throughout Utah and believes the most durable resolution are those created by the people involved. She values self-determination, confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful dialogue while helping participants move forward with confidence together thoughtfully.
