I received my law degree from Brigham Young University in 2008. I am licensed in both Washington and Utah. I worked for both the 4th district court in Provo as well as a federal internship with Judge David Nuffer. I have experience with guardianships and estate 
planning. I received my mediation training from Utah Dispute Resolution. I believe in the powers of communication negotiation and compromise to build a more positive dispute resolution process and I heartily support empowering individuals to craft their own 
solutions outside of court.
