Rick Mortensen has been practicing law in Utah since 2006. His career began as a litigator representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice matters, and he has continued to represent plaintiffs and defendants in all types of civil litigation. His career also includes extensive in-house experience, including stints in the mining, ecommerce, and direct selling industries. Through his transactional and litigation experience, he has gained a background in contracts, employment law, insurance, real estate, trademarks, and copyrights.
