Mr. Carlson is an arbitrator and mediator. He is an active member of the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Labor Arbitrators and the National Mediation Board's Roster of Arbitrators.  Mr. Carlson has over 25 years of experience in airline labor relations. His background makes him particularly well-suited to arbitrate and mediate in labor and employment disputes. Mr. Carlson brings a high level of integrity and intelligence to the dispute resolution process. He previously served as an officer in the United States Navy and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
