Norma Erekson holds a Master of Legal Studies from the S .J. Quinney College of Law and has completed court-approved mediation training. She has co-mediated civil and family cases and brings over 25 years of experience in Real Estate, along with a
background in education and compliance. Norma is pursuing licensure as a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner (LPP) and is passionate about access to justice and community advocacy. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is committed to fostering
respectful, solution-focused dialogue and helping diverse populations navigate conflict and reach meaningful resolutions through effective communication and a deep understanding of legal processes.
