Nizhone K. Meza is a legal and education professional with experience in conflict resolution, academic policy, and public service. She began her career as a therapist offering individual, couples, and family counseling. Since then, she has facilitated informal faculty and staff mediations, completed small claims practicum hours, and provided conflict resolution coaching. She currently serves as Director of Academic Policy and Faculty Relations at Utah Valley University and teaches as an adjunct instructor in its Master of Social Work program. Her approach to mediation is collaborative, equity­ focused, and grounded in her interdisciplinary background in law, social work, and education.
