Melanie Zamora has worked in the field of homelessness for three decades. She currently works as a national consultant in natural disaster recovery and encampment resolution work across the country. She earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Utah in 2013, as well as a certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Melanie has extensive expertise in resolving interpersonal and community conflicts. She received training from Utah Dispute Resolution in 2025 to further her mediation credentials. Melanie is a peacemaker, working to further nonviolence and low conflict decision making.
