A practicing attorney for 25 years, Gabe initially received mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution, obtained a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah, and has an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After working in a law firm, he has spent the last 17 years in a general counsel and executive leadership role. Along with his extensive experience, Gabe has an ability to listen deeply, convey empathy, make space for different perspectives, deescalate charged situations, help parties reflect, evaluate and analyze their interests and positions, and support resolutions that meet their needs.
