Mr. Stowell is an attorney in Salt Lake City, having graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 1993. His specialties include divorce law, criminal defense, personal injury, and business/contract disputes. Mr. Stowell has extensive experience as a litigator in both civil and criminal matters, having represented hundreds of clients, having conducted dozens of trials, and having been involved in a substantial number of mediations, most particularly in the divorce arena. For seven years, Mr. Stowell volunteered as small claims court judge pro tempore in the Third Judicial District Court. Mr. Stowell is presently the public defender for a several cities in Salt Lake County. Mr. Stowell has been recognized as a "Legal Elite" by Utah Business
