Debra Flink’s educational background is in Business Education/Management (B.S. and M.Ed., University of Utah), graduating magna cum laude. She taught business courses at the U of U for eight years.  She has also worked as a legal secretary, particularly in the area of family law, where she garnered valuable experience. As a partner, owner, or participant in various entities, she is knowledgeable in landlord/tenant issues, real estate, family disputes, estates, real estate, and education.  She has had the privilege of being a caregiver to her aging parents (who recently passed) and her twin grandsons. This experience honed unique and compassionate skills to help parties in various disputes.  Debra is also passionate about acting onstage throughout Utah, which has significantly honed her listening skills, a huge plus in mediation.
