I have practiced law nationally as a complex commercial trial lawyer and litigator for 43 years. The lion's share of my experience has focused on insurance disputes on behalf of policyholders where I have recovered over $5 billion. At bottom, these are contract disputes. Each dispute has provided in - depth knowledge of the industry in question whether it be semiconductor chip manufacturing, aircraft leasing, oil and gas refining, mortgage lending and banking, real estate and many others. Along the way I have mediated dozens of disputes and arbitrated/ tried many cases to a successful resolution.
