Alicia is a third-year law student at Vermont Law and Graduate School, focusing on restorative justice and trauma-informed practices. She has completed Basic and Domestic Mediation training through Utah Dispute Resolution and is court-rostered for Basic Mediation services. Her experience includes small claims, landlord/tenant,
community, neighborhood, contract, construction, and business mediation. Alicia believes people experience greater satisfaction when they reach their own agreements rather than having the court decide for them.
