Amy R. Draper is a Utah Court-rostered Master Mediator and the designer and lead instructor of the University of Utah’s court-approved mediation training program. She earned her Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, graduating at the top of her class, and holds a B.A. in Communication Theory from Brigham Young University.  Amy manages a private mediation practice and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. A two-time Utah Best of State Award recipient in Conflict Resolution, she is also an active member of the International Ombuds Association, the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, and the AFCC Utah Chapter.  She is passionate about advancing mediation education and is developing a statewide conflict resolution curriculum for Utah’s K–12 schools.
