Rachel is a Master Mediator and active member of the AFCC and Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals with extensive experience in business, divorce, custody and high conflict co-parenting cases. Rachel applies her experience as a single parent to four children having personally navigated co-parenting children ages 2-18 and into adulthood. She uses her first hand experience as a parent and a mediator to approach parents with empathy and foresight to assist in creating customized parenting plans that address specific circumstances and promote long term cohesive co-parenting over time. As an seasoned multi-small business owner and entrepreneur she applies her business acumen and years of paralegal and law firm operations experience to mediation as well as running her independent mediation practice.
