Laura F. Hansen holds a degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in interpersonal communications and conflict resolution from the University of Utah (2016), as well as a Conflict Resolution Graduate Certificate. Her background includes interning across 11 Small Claims Courts and successfully mediating divorce, parentages, modifications, transformative, and small claims.

As Training Coordinator for Utah Dispute Resolution (UDR), Laura teaches and mediates regularly. Her specialized training includes Domestic Mentorship (UDR), Restorative Practices (MBBI), Elder/Adult Family Mediation(ElderDecisions.com), and Co-Parent Coordinator Training (AFCC). She serves on the Utah Courts roster for Basic, Domestic, Co-Parenting programs and Domestic Mentors, and is an active member of both the UCCR and AFCC Utah Chapter. Laura is dedicated to guiding parties toward practical, mutually beneficial resolutions.
