I have a certificate from Cornell University School of Industrail and Labor Relations in Complaint Handling. Fifteen+ years in employment conflict resolution. I also have experience as a landlord/tenant, debt/loan, consumer/merchant, and personal disputes. I completed training through Utah Dispute Resolution and served as a mediator-in-training in various Courts in Salt Lake County and Weber County. Will travel to other Districts.
