Rich is an attorney who has practiced law since 1979 in the areas of divorce, business, and commercial litigation.  He holds a degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Gonzaga University.  Rich is a frequent lecturer for corporate sponsors and is a retired legal officer (JAG) in the U.S. Army Reserves.  His goal is to obtain a fair solution to a dispute without the delay, tension, embarrassment, and costs of extended litigation.  Mediation offers a smart, cost-effective alternative.
