Under circumstances described in CJA Rules 2-205 or 11-105, certain rules may have been adopted prior to a public comment period. CJA11-0102. Advisory Committee Procedures. AMENDED. Amendments provide that Utah Supreme Court advisory committees shall adopt expedited procedures for recommending rules to the Court when time is of the essence, such as when immediate rule changes may be required due to changes or proposed changes in the law.
