Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Pilot Project
The State of Utah is piloting the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) in small claims cases at select courts throughout the state.
The courts currently participating in this pilot are:
- West Valley City Justice Court
- Orem City Justice Court (Beginning August 5th 2019)
- Carbon County Justice Court (Beginning August 5th ,2019)
