Rule 402. ?GeneralAdmissibility of Relevant Evidence.
Relevant evidence is admissible unless any of the followingprovides otherwise:
● the United States Constitution;
● the Utah Constitution;
● a statute; or
● rulesapplicable in courts of this state.
Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
