Rule 402. GeneralAdmissibility of Relevant Evidence
Relevant evidence isadmissible unless any of the following provides otherwise:
? theUnited States Constitution;
? theUtah Constitution;
? astatute; or
? rulesapplicable in courts of this state.
Irrelevantevidence is not admissible.
