Rule 33. Regulationof conduct in the courtroom.


(a)  Allpleadings, written motions and other papers must be free from burdensome,irrelevant, immaterial, scandalous, or uncivil matters.  Allattorneys must likewise govern their conduct.  Pleadings, writtenmotions and other papers and attorney conduct which are not in compliance maybe disregarded or stricken, in whole or in part, and the court may imposesanctions against the offending person.


(b)  The courtmay make appropriate orders regulating the conduct of officers, parties,spectators and witnesses prior to and during the conduct of any proceeding.
