Rule 33. Regulation of conduct in the courtroom.

(a)? All pleadings, writtenmotions and other papers must be free from burdensome, irrelevant, immaterial,scandalous, or uncivil matters.? Allattorneys must likewise govern their conduct.?Pleadings, written motions and other papers and attorney conduct whichare not in compliance may be disregarded or stricken, in whole or in part, andthe court may impose sanctions against the offending person.

(b)? The court may makeappropriate orders regulating the conduct of officers, parties, spectators andwitnesses prior to and during the conduct of any proceeding.
