Article 2. Bylaws.
Rule 14-201. Definitions.
As used in this article:
(a) "Bar" means UtahState Bar, a corporation incorporated, registered and domiciled in Utah anddesignated as a Section 501(c)(6) organization under the United States InternalRevenue Code;
(b) "Board" means theBoard of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar;
(c) "commissioner" means amember of the Board;
(d) "Executive Committee" meansa committee of not fewer than three members of the Board as set forth in theseBylaws;
(e) "executive director" meansthe executive director of the Bar;
(f) "member" means alawyer who has been admitted to the Bar who holds a current active or inactivelicense, or is a licensed foreign legal consultant;
(g) "president" means thepresident of the Board;
(h) "president-elect" means thepresident-elect of the Board; and
(i) "Supreme Court" means theUtah Supreme Court.
