(a) Failure to answer. If having received actual notice of the chargesfiled, the Respondent fails to answer the charges within 21 days, theRespondent will be deemed to have admitted the factual allegations.
(b) Failure to appear. If the Committee orders the Respondent to appearand the Respondent, having received actual notice of that order, fails toappear, the Respondent will be deemed to have admitted the factual allegationswhich were the subject of such appearance. The Committee may not, absent goodcause, continue or delay proceedings because of the Respondent?s failure toappear.
(c)Notice of consequences. Any noticewithin the scope of paragraph (a) or (b) above must expressly state theconsequences, as specified above, of the Respondent?s failure to answer orappear.
