(a) Grading the Written Component of the Bar Examination.
(b) Scoring the Written Component of the Bar Examination.The MEE and MPT scoresadded together constitute the raw Written Component score. The raw WrittenComponent score is scaled to the MBE portion of theexamination using the standard deviation method.
(c) Weighting of exam components. The MBEscore is weighted 50%, the MEE score is weighted 30%and the MPT score is weighted 20% in calculating theApplicant?s total score.
(d) Passing grade. The Applicant?s total score is the sumof the scaled MBE score and the scaled Written Component score. The total scoreis based on a 400-point scale. A total score of 270 or above is required topass the Bar Examination.
(e) Bar Examination results are final. Bar Examinationanswers will not be reread, reevaluated or regraded by the Bar or itsdesignees.
