Rule 15-405. MCLE requirements for licensed paralegal practitioner on inactive status.
(a) Licensed paralegal practitioner on inactive status are not subject to MCLE requirements while on inactive status.
(b) Return to active status. A licensed paralegal practitioner who is on inactive status for 12 months or more and who returns to active status must complete the 24 hour MCLE requirement by June 30 of the fiscal year following his or her return to active status and may use CLE hours completed prior to activation to satisfy part or all of the MCLE requirement if those hours were completed during the CLE cycle in which the lawyer must complete the MCLE requirement.
(c) A licensed paralegal practitioner who has been on inactive status for less than 12 months may not elect active status until completing the MCLE requirements that were incomplete at the time the licensed paralegal practitioner elected to be enrolled as an inactive licensed paralegal practitioner.
