Juvenile Court Fine and Bail Schedule

District and Justice Courts can request an offense code entry in CORIS for a code not found on the 2015 State of Utah Uniform Fine/Bail Forfeiture Schedule through the intranet page Request an Offense Code in CORIS.

All active offense codes (State, County and City) in the Shared Master Offense Table and CORIS can be viewed in excel and pdf format at Shared Master Offense Table.
