Opinions are typically posted on the Utah Court's website within one business day of issue (release). In rare instances, there may be a longer delay.
Court of Appeals
Except in emergencies and during holiday weeks, opinions will be issued by the Court of Appeals on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..

Opinions will issue without prior notification. Counsel for the parties will receive email notification when the opinion is issued.
