Utah Appellate Courts Pending Opinions Release
Opinions are typically posted on the Utah Court's website within one business day of issue (release). In rare instances, there may be a longer delay.

Except in emergencies and during holiday weeks, opinions will be issued by the Court of Appeals on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..

Opinions will be issued in the following three (3) cases on
Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
Fastenal v. Labor Commission Case No. 20180196-CA
In re Foreclosure Case No. 20190257-CA
Lewis v. U.S. Bank Case No. 20190276-CA
Opinions will issue without prior notification. Counsel for the parties will receive email notification when the opinion is issued.
