Attention! Opinions are typically posted on the Utah Court's website within one business day of issue (release). In rare instances, there may be a longer delay.

Court of Appeals

Except in emergencies and during holiday weeks, opinions will be issued by the Court of Appeals on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..

Friday, November 15, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Raass Brothers Inc. v. Raass Case No. 20180356-CA

State v. Fleming Case No. 20170251-CA

Velasquez v. Chavez Case No. 20180451-CA

Supreme Court

Opinions will issue without prior notification. Counsel for the parties will receive email notification when the opinion is issued.
