Richard is a licensed attorney and graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. He began his formal mediation training while studying conflict resolution at BYU-Hawaii, graduating with a BA in Communications and a certificate in Intercultural Peacebuilding and Mediation. While in law school, Richard worked as a caseworker at the BYU Center for Conflict Resolution, served as the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and volunteered through the law school Mediation Clinic. His mediation experience includes small claims, landlord/tenant, and domestic disputes (excluding new divorces and probate matters).

Location:1234 W. South Jordan Pkwy, #C2, or TBD by parties 
District:3rd & 4th 
Travel:No charge within Salt Lake and Utah counties, other TBD
