Michelle Benedict earned a BS from the University of Utah in Communication with an emphasis in Argumentation and Decision Making. She received her mediation training through the U of U Conflict Resolution Graduate Certificate Program. She has mediated small claims in 8 different justice courts. Michelle is proactively involved in her community. She specializes in conflicts involving family, divorce, community/neighborhood, workplace, education, small claims, business, victim/offender, and athletics/dance. Her professional background is in Human Resources and Small Business ownership. She serves on the board of her HOA, heads up a charitable organization for at-risk youth, and is involved with school volunteering, alumni organization and education.
