James R. Holbrook is a clinical law professor who teaches negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He has practiced law for nearly 30 years. Since 1986 he has mediated and arbitrated over 600 disputes in most areas of law. He has a J.D. degree from the University of Utah.

District:Judicial Districts 1 through 8.
