Request a Certificate of Good Standing from the Utah Supreme Court

Attention! As of March 13, 2020 through March 31, 2020, the ability to print and mail a certificate of good standing will be limited. During this time, requests will be completed by issuing a protected PDF certificate after payment has been received. 

If a hard copy of a certificate is required, please indicate that information in the mailing address box and we will try to accommodate it as possible. Please contact the Utah Supreme Court at: supremecourt@utcourts.gov with any questions.

Please note: The fee for a certificate of good standing is $25.00 per certificate (plus $3.00 if certificate is to be mailed). Payment is due in advance by check or credit card if item is to be mailed. Make checks payable to Utah Supreme Court. Credit card information will be verified under separate cover.
