Article 4. Mandatory Continuing Legal Education

Rule 14-401. Purpose.

By continuing their legal education throughout the period of practice of law, lawyers can better fulfill their obligation to serve their clients competently. This article establishes minimum requirements for mandatory continuing legal education and the means by which the requirements shall be enforced.
